Bio:
Gianmarco Cardillo was born in Cassino, Lazio on May 24, 1989. Cardillo was married in 2018 to his wife, Secondino Manuela, and is the father to three daughters. Cardillo made his amateur debut on December 7, 2009. After a successful amateur career, that included 33 bouts, Cardillo turned pro in 2015.As a professional Cardillo is undefeated, with a record of 9-0-1 2KO’s, with all 10 of his bouts having been fought in his native country of Italy. Cardillo is the Italian Heavyweight Champion.

Due to a cut caused by a headbutt in the first bout, it was ruled a draw. The two heavyweights would run it back 5 months later on December 29, 2017, where Cardillo showed his superior abilities as he dominated over the 10-rounds to win by wide unanimous decision and earn the Italian Heavyweight Title.
