JARGAL LOSES DEBATABLE/CONTROVERSIAL DECISION SATURDAY NIGHT
December 31, 2010
SCHOOL'S BACK IN SESSION IN ATLANTIC CITY THE PROFESSOR RETURNS DECEMBER 4TH AT BALLY'S
January 1, 2011This Saturday undefeated Bayan Jargal (15-0-3, 10KO’s) will face the toughest test of his young career, when he takes on Steve Upsher Chambers (22-1-1, 6KO’s) at the Boardwalk Hall Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ. The bout, scheduled for six rounds in the jr. welterweight division, will be one of the undercard bouts to the much anticipated rematch between current WBC Middleweight Champion, Sergio Martinez (45-2-2, 24KO’s) and Paul Williams (39-1, 27KO’s).
Jargal, who hails from Mongolia but now resides in Virginia, is an exciting fighter who likes to come forward and overwhelm his opponents with constant pressure. A representative of his home country Mongolia at the 2004 World Games, Jargal is co-promoted by Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing and Let’s Get It On Promotions. Jargal is looking to put a halt to Chambers current eighteen fight win streak, and close out 2010 on a high note as he gears up for what should be a big 2011.
