Roach admits Manny still doesn’t have the killer instinct

In an interview with Fighthype, Freddie Roach honestly admits that Pacquiao still doesn’t have the killer instinct he once had. He is happy however that Manny has cut down on the gambling and philandering. Now I’m not sure if I heard this 100{785f1b6326cdeb4275f63506ca40214b5c07db8f245df0cea7927e7aae5a72b6} correctly, but at one point in the video it sounds like Roach says that Pacquiao has lower testosterone levels now, seemingly attributing that to his lack of a killer instinct. This is a curious statement considering all the PED allegations Manny has faced in the past. Combine that with Roach’s previous statements about “secret shakes” that Alex Ariza used to provide to Manny and I can’t help but wonder if this is some sort of subtle acknowledgement of past indiscretions…
